Can I monitor my traffic utilization?
Yes you can. For each customer of ours, we provide the customer with an access to our Multi Router Traffic Grapher (MRTG) which enables you to monitor the traffic load on your network links. It enables the customer to monitor his links via 4 plots (Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly).
Can I get an access to my router configuration?
Yes you can by sending us a fax from your respective company requesting your router password plus accepting router configuration responsibility.
